Your First Visit
During your first visit your nurse will take your medical
history, vital signs and ask about any problems you are experiencing.
Dr. Alonso will then review the information provided and examine
you.

If you have any questions about your condition, medications
you are prescribed or any other medical concerns, please
feel free to talk to the doctor about these.

We want to make sure you understand as much about your condition
and treatment as possible.
Follow-Up Care
We will ask you to schedule an appointment if needed to follow-up
on your treatment progress and results. In some cases, we
will continually evaluate your medical condition.
